Expert SAP-IDM

We are currently looking for an experienced IDM consultant to maintain, evolve our SAP IDM solution.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Application ownership of the application

• Support our RUN partner in the execution of their change requests, service requests and

other tasks.

• Root cause analysis for operational issues

• Onboard the many different applications upon request

• Prepare the system for decommissioning

• Support the transition towards a new partner

• Support the transition towards the new IGA solution

The evaluation criteria are the following:

• Expertise in JAVA for SAP IDM

• Experience working as a platform owner with an outsourcing partner

• Thorough understanding of the ITIL ITSM processes.

• Correct business communication style towards the different internal stakeholders

• Methodic worker - capable of assisting multiple requests at the same time

• Experience in decommisioning SAP IDM is a plus. This includes both the technical aspects

as well as the flexibility to work out the different migration scenario's needed.

• Experience in transitioning from one outsourcing partner to another is a plus

Conformity Criteria

• Demonstrate SAP IDM Development during 3 years

• Demonstrate SAP IDM Analyst Experience during 5 years

• Language: English Fluent in written and spoken context. Dutch and/or French is a plus.
